Terms and Conditions

Kindly read my terms and conditions before making appointments.

Terms and conditions(applies to all services):

1. A non-refundable deposit of S$20 is required to confirm and secure your appointment.This is to ensure that everyone gets enough time allocated to their services and that no last-minute changes are made. 
No deposit = No confirmation.

2. Only Cash payment is accepted.

3. Please transfer your deposits to POSB Savings 118-60580-2 or UOB 358-378-807-5 for every appointment booking, deductible from the final bill.

4. Any changes to appointment is to be made 3 days beforehand, for example, you made an appointment for Wednesday this week(regardless of what time), if you realize you cannot make it for your appointment, the latest to notify me is on SUNDAY MORNING(before 11am).

5. Please note that deposit is non-refundable, nor transferable for changes to the appointment made, 3 days before your appointment. There will be a 15 minutes grace period given, after which you would have to pick a simpler design or downgrade your service so as to not affect the next customer.*

6. WITH EFFECT FROM TODAY, 10th August 2012, customers that arrive 30mins late will have their appointment automatically cancelled, with no refunds or reschedules.
